Routine expert cleansing is very important to maintaining your animal’s teeth. We make use of modern and secure ultrasound equipment to thoroughly clean each tooth – above and listed below the gum line. Our professionals polish your pet’s teeth to create a smooth, shiny tooth areas which assist in preventing plaque buildup. We schedule dental cleansings every Wednesday morning.


We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs for your animals. If we do not have a particular medication on hand, we can usually special order it and expect it in by the next day, or it can be ordered through our website using Vets 1st Choice.


Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. Dr. Mascola and her staff work with clients to ensure their pet’s comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.


Dr. Mascola is glad to schedule house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic.  Typically, house calls are scheduled primarily for euthanasia.  However, in limited circumstances, visits for other care can be scheduled.


Prevention of health problems for your pet is our primary goal. We provide Comprehensive physical examinations; internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control; vaccinations, spaying and neutering; and necessary blood tests if needed.

Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer Home Again microchipping to increase the chances of a safe and fast recovery.  Please click on “Clinic Forms” to download and print out paperwork to be filled out when your pet is microchipped.

Animals can have pain just like their owners. Dr. Mascola can provide your animal with the most up to date techniques when your pet requires relief from pain.


We have an onsite X-ray services


Sometimes conditions arise that require veterinarians with specialized training. If your pet’s medical condition requires it, we have veterinary specialists available for consultation.  Dr. Jane Toomey and Dr. Michael Stone are boarded in internal medicine and provide mobile ultrasound services for Petcare, as needed.  And, Dr. Michael Frost provides mobile surgical services, as needed.


Dr. Mascola schedules routine surgeries including spays, neuters, and lumpectomies (surgical excision of a mass), every Wednesday.  Urgent surgeries may be scheduled on alternative days.  Preoperative testing is performed on every patient ensuring anesthetic safety and patients are monitored constantly while they are anesthetized.  Postoperative pain management is extremely important for your pet’s comfort and well-being.  Patients are monitored closely for signs of pain and treated appropriately in the hospital and sent with pain medications to continue at home.
